FARGO, N.D. (Jan. 30, 2016) – F5 Project, a volunteer-run, non-profit organization that provides support services to former inmates in Cass County, will be hosting a breakfast fundraiser from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 2 at the Dakota Medical Foundation, 4141 28th Ave. S. in Fargo.

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet F5 Project board members and individuals currently working through the program. In addition, five business professionals will speak on a variety of topics related to F5 Project’s mission. The speakers are: Jillian Struxness, City of Fargo; Leah Viste, ND States Attorney; Marc Hedlund, Hatch Realty; Erik Hatch, Hatch Realty; and Adam Martin, F5 Project Founder.

“As a five-time former offender, I know how hard it can be to be a returning citizen,” said Martin. “But we believe that what happens in someone’s past does not need to determine their future. This event will be the perfect opportunity for individuals to learn more about F5 Project, the work we’re doing and see how everyone benefits when we break the patterns that lead to crime.”

The event is open to all ages and doors open at 7 a.m. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased at eventbrite.com. For more information about the event, contact Adam Martin at adam@f5project.org.
