Why are 10,000,000 people released from county jail back into our communities annually?
Why are 2/3 of people being released from Federal or State prison rearrested within 3 years?
Why is the recidivism rate for juveniles 75% when they become adults?
Why is the US 5% of the worlds populations, but we are 25% of the worlds prison populations?
