Housing Coordinator – Grand Forks
We are hiring for a full-time Housing Coordinator in Grand Forks, ND! -Conduct weekly housing meetings with all F5 Project residents. This is an important part of our housing program as it provides a safe place and time for our residents to have contact with staff to voice concerns, talk about their struggles and success and to get the much needed support that our participants need. This is also a great time and place for our staff to make sure that we are keeping current with our residents’ journey, where they are spending their time, what they are doing to support their recovery, etc. -Conduct bed checks. Bed checks should be done randomly at different times and on different days every week. These are to make sure our residents are adhering to their curfews and are safe in the house. -Conduct house inspections. These should also be done randomly. This is both a housing upkeep check and a resident upkeep check. We want to make sure our residents are keeping their living spaces clean, that everything in the house is in working order and to make sure that paraphernalia of any kind isn’t finding it’s way into our houses. -Ensure that all needed maintenance for the house is being done and the house is kept in working order. This includes snow removal, lawn care, maintenance within the house, etc. This can either be done by you or delegated out to residents, property management or contractors, depending on the situation and what is appropriate. -Random Drug screenings of the residents. -Any other duties assigned by the F5 Project Executive Team.
