What started in 2016 as a local effort to support formerly incarcerated individuals in Fargo has grown into a powerful, statewide movement for second chances.

That’s all because of our team. F5 Project is powered by over 50 team members —many of whom have lived experience with incarceration, addiction, and recovery. They bring grit, empathy, and a deep understanding of what it means to fight for a new life. Their stories are the mission—and they show up every day to walk alongside others doing the same.
